We offer professional catering for anything from a Corporate Function to your Private Party. Catering is available with a fantastic variety, from canapés to desserts and everything in between, all created and served by our team. Alternatively, you may wish to supply your own catering finished on our massive BBQ (charges apply).

Grazing Platters

  • Grazing Platter: A selection of deli meats, cheeses, antipasti, chutneys, fruits & nuts, breads & crackers. $23 per head (minimum order 20 people or $460).
  • Bread Platter: With chutney, olive oil & balsamic. $8 per head (minimum order 20 people or $180).

Mains

(Minimum of 20 people or $510)

  • Salads $18.50 per head – Choose 3 salad options:
    • Chorizo Pasta Salad – Penne pasta salad with basil pesto, chorizo, feta, roasted capsicum, and baby spinach.
    • Caesar Salad – Cos lettuce with parmesan, egg, bacon, and house-made caesar dressing. Croutons on the side (Gluten free without croutons).
    • Beetroot, Walnut & Feta – Roasted beetroot, crumbled feta, walnuts on greens with vinaigrette dressing (Gluten free).
    • Brown Rice Sushi Salad – Brown rice with miso dressing, crunchy veggies, edamame, sesame seeds, pickled ginger & nori. Vegan wasabi aioli (GF & Vegan).
    • Super Slaw – Beetroot, carrot, cabbage, spinach, seeds with vegan turmeric aioli (GF & Vegan).
    • Israeli Couscous – With roasted pumpkin, sundried tomato, spinach, and chili lime & ginger dressing (Vegan).
    • Creamy Potato Salad – Agria potatoes with mustard aioli, pickled red onion & herbs (GF).
    • Asian Noodle Salad – Udon noodles with chili soy dressing, crunchy veggies, and black sesame (Vegan).
  • Meats:
    • Marinated Lamb with mint sauce – $12.50 per head.
    • Smoked Chicken – $12.50 per head.
    • Marinated Rare Roasted Beef with chimichurri – $15 per head.
    • Miso Glazed Salmon – $15 per head.
    • Grilled Chicken in mustard and herb pesto sauce – $10.50 per head.

Burgers

$26.00 each (minimum order 20 or $520). Gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian burger options are available at $28.00 each.

  • Beef patty with Mild Jalapeno & Green Tomato Chutney or Tomato & Kalamata Olive Relish.
  • Garnished with sliced gherkins, lettuce, cheese, and beetroot for a classic Kiwi taste.

BBQ Options

  • Classic BBQ: $38.00 per person (minimum order 20). Includes Chicken Kebabs, Beef Patties, Sausages, Two Seasonal Salads.

Sweets

(Minimum order 20 people or $180)

  • Fresh Fruit Platter – $9 per head.
  • Sweets Platter – Brownies, caramel slice, coconut slice, bliss balls – $9 per head.

Spit Roast & Boatman’s BBQ

  • Boatman’s BBQ: $35 per person (minimum order 20). Includes Chicken Kebabs, Sausages, Marinated Rump Steak, Vegetarian Pattie, with various salads (Tossed, Pasta, Surimi, Potato & Egg, Coleslaw).

Captain’s Choice Spit Roast

$42.00 per person (minimum order 25). Two-course banquet with hors d’oeuvres and main options.

  • Hors d’oeuvres: Smoked Salmon Mousse, Wontons, Sushi Rolls, Chicken Nibbles.
  • Main: Spit Roasted Pork, Beef, Chicken, or Fillo Pastry (Vegetarian).
  • Dessert: Fruit Salad, Pavlova, Cheesecake, Chocolate Log – $8.50 per person.
