Terms and Conditions for Tauranga Stag Boat Cruise

Total Cost: Approx. $60 per head for up to 30 people.
$2415 inc GST

Payment Terms

• A $900 deposit inc GST is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless our supplier cancels the cruise.
• The remaining balance must be made at least 14 days before the cruise date.
• Any additional charges for passenger numbers exceeding 30 will be billed at $50 per person and are payable on the day of the cruise.
• All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Cancellations and Refunds

• If our supplier cancels the cruise due to weather conditions or other operational reasons, you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule, minus a $175 inc GST administration fee.
• No refunds will be provided if the client cancels the booking unless the slot is filled by another booking. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus a $175 inc GST administration fee.
• Client cancellations within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Behavior and Conduct:

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the crew.
• The crew reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is intoxicated, unruly, or poses a safety risk to others.
• No open flames, candles, or other fire-based devices are allowed on board.
• Kiwi Events Limited and our supplier are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the cruise.
• Guests participate in the cruise and related activities at their own risk. Kiwi Events Limited and its supplier are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to guest negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Health and Safety

• Safety is our top priority. All guests must comply with the crew’s instructions at all times.
• The boat operates under a strict no-exit policy while on the water unless directed by the crew.

Dress Code

• Sensible, non-slip, and non-marking soft-soled shoes are required.
• High heels, biker boots, or any footwear with sharp or pointing parts that could damage the boat are not allowed.
• Please wear non-marking clothes.
• No coming straight from paintball.
• No crepe paper, marker pens, or sellotape allowed.
• String is preferred for decorating the boat.

Bar options

• A fully licensed bar is available on board.
• Guests can choose to set up a bar tab or opt for cash/EFTPOS payments at the bar.
• Please note: BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any alcohol brought on board will be confiscated, and the crew reserves the right to exclude those who brought it onboard from the cruise.

Smoking and Vaping:

• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas on the boat, as directed by the crew.
